UPDATE: It is not possible for a person to be born with all of the male sexual organs AND all of the female sexual organs. The reason for this is tissue dedication. Tissue dedication is the fact that a given area of the body can only develop one way or another. It is possible for a person to have a mixed gender organ, which is PART male and PART female but in such a case one would still not have all of the male sexual organs WITH all of the female sexual organs. Also, the DNA of such a person would still be either chromos X (female) or chromos Y. (male).
